By accessing and using Kottime ("the Service", "the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

Kottime is a timer and productivity application that provides the following features:

  • Stopwatch functionality with lap timing
  • Countdown timers with custom presets
  • Pomodoro technique timer with work/break cycles
  • World Timer for multiple timezones
  • Work time tracking with earnings calculation
  • Customizable themes and settings

The Service is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service.

3.2 Account Creation

Kottime does not require account creation. All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored within the app.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use Kottime for personal and commercial time tracking and productivity purposes.

4.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful activity
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices
  • Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service
  • Distribute, resell, or create derivative works of the Service

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kottoman and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any data you input into the application, including work time records, custom settings, and timer configurations. This data remains local to your device.

The work time tracking feature is provided as a convenience tool. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all time records and earnings calculations. We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from inaccurate time tracking.

IN NO EVENT SHALL KOTTOMAN, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kottoman and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the application from your device.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all data stored locally on your device will remain until you manually delete it. Any provisions that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also release updates to improve functionality, security, or performance.
